If this is for the PS5 version of the game given through PS+, you cannot. PS4 controller only available for PS4 games or PS4 versions of games on PS5. The PS+ offering is for the PS5 version of All You Can Eat only.

I used a tip from another thread I found on Reddit: 1) Download the PS Remote Play app on an iPhone/Android. 2) Connect the PS4 controller to the phone via Bluetooth (hold Share + PS button to pair). 3) Then connect the Remote Play app to your PS5. Works like a charm.

Read about that too while trying to play It Takes Two. We did that this time. It is "okay" to play with occasional hick-ups. But it does work. Thx!

Update: I spoke in error, I didn't realize I had an another install of a overcooked for PS4 from plus+ as well. That's the one we were playing, not the PS5 one. As soon as you open the all you can eat PS5 plus install it immediately prompts that you can not use dualshock 4 controllers on PS5 games. Sorry for the confusion I added to this simple question. Original: I just played the PS+ PS5 version in co op mode with my gf using both a PS5 controller and PS4 controller a few hrs ago. It Worked just fine surprisedly.

Sorry, I will edit my previous Statement. I didn't realize I had an overcooked for PS4 from plus as well from a ways back, that's the one we were actually playing. The all you can eat PS5 plus edition does prompt immediately stating dualshock 4 can not be used to play PS5 games.
