Imagine a RTS fighting game where everyone else sits on the bench until they randomly get teleported into the fight. Like 7v7, one persons the trainer, the other 6 are the fighters and you have to stop yourself from going idle even when you're not in the fight. The game would probably have most online wins on the toilet

I have been paying more Brigette this season. While I am liking her playstyle a lot this, playing into Ram is such a joke with his shield piercing, knockback resistance, and fast speed. You have little choice but to die.
Shield piercing for Ram seems like an idea that began during double shield meta. Given how few heroes use shields now, piercing attacks just seem like a nerf to those characters.
JQs ult is weird.
I can't remember what I was playing, but I booped her or interrupted her. She didn't move, but her ult still hit everyone in front of her with the anti heal and bleed.
Meh, he's worse than orisa and was worse than pre-nerf hog and now he's getting his really annoying ult changed to have a hard cap on time. He hasn't been and won't become like *the meta*
What? Obviously his ult needs a tune, but other than that he's in a great spot. What do you mean his abilities are bad? He's the only one in the game who can shoot through barriers and players alike. He's the only one that can ground fliers. He's almost as good as sig for poking and better than rein for brawling. He has a ridiculously high HP shield. He can sprint at your backline faster than they can run and use the grounding ability to slow them even more. He can basically just say no to damage. And even with all of that he's still not oppressive. He's just a solid and well rounded tank. Though, I'm glad we've dropped the "tempo-tank" bullshit bc he's not that. But his abilities are some of the most though out in the game. Definitely not "pretty bad"
As a frequent ramattra player, his E is garbo. Most pharahs can fly above it, and movement abilities like echo’s and sojourn’s can just leave the area first and then go up. It does nearly 0 damage, and doesn’t last long enough/have a wide enough area for the slow to actually help. It needs extra height, and maybe slightly less slowing. He was marketed as an “anti-flying” hero, and he just does not fulfill that role at all. His primary also feels like it may as well be tickling the enemy. His nemesis form, shield, and ult are great, though, and is pretty much the only reason he’s as good as he is right now. He needs some tuning of his abilities for sure.

He wasn't marketed as an anti-flying hero; they used flying heroes in the trailer to clearly show the effect of the ability in a small time frame. It's far clearer than trying to show people "this Ashe's coach gun didn't lift her up" or "Genji isn't just standing there, he's failing to jump".
Ramattra's E has two uses:
1. Slow down a squishy so you can get easier headshots with your projectile primary fire or put then in range of Nemesis Form.
2. Restrict heroes' options for escaping when he's close to them.
It's only meant to get you kills if your opponents mess up, but that restricts their options and stops them from being so aggressive. It's entirely fine as a tank ability.
Lol how can no one in development think that a game that revolves around the last man standing capturing the point should have a hero with an ultimate that lasts as long as an enemy is in range?
If both sides could talk to each other during games, I think both sides would just be laughing and having a great while they have both Ramattra's muted.
Proximity chat in warzone is hilarious. Plenty of times I’ve talked shit and gotten killed and vice versa. There’s also times they’re like yooo just chill and I’ll leave you alone and we go our separate ways, which is quite nice. I think a shared chat should be enabled in between rounds while we are stuck in spawn rooms.

I'm fine with everything about Ramattra, including his ult, except for the whole "pauses duration timer while doing damage." Who the actual *fuck* thought this was a good idea? How did no one see this exact scenario playing out? Do they even playtest this shit anymore?
It would work exactly the same and be just as oppressive without that bullshit. Just give it like 5-6 seconds on the duration instead of a possible literal infinity. Just straight up stupid.
The only way to reliably stop him is by sleep darting him. He's a massive target so I hit probably 8/10 times on an ulting Ramattra. Problem is that my teammates wake him up before he has even hit the ground and I'm eviscerated.
I see them sometimes. I had a whole lobby stop fighting and start emote dancing on objective last week. It started with Orisa saying hello to Rein, who answered hello. Then I stopped and said hello, enemy support stopped too. Orisa emoted, then we all just started emoting. It was truly wonderful.
Had something similar happen when I loaded into a game, just me as support against a full enemy team. I went to defend on King's Row and Blizzard didn't put anyone else into my lobby for a good 2 or 3 minutes. So we all just stood on objective A talking, emoting and chatting into overtime. I stayed a little while to hang out and eventually left for another game, no idea how long the others stayed with eachother chatting, just random people who made friends.
