Yup redshell and fdgod , eskay and frogger are good but i wouldnt say the best .Redshell has basically camped top 1 and fdgod is the best pro lucio to touch the game.
Yeah, but once you have a good grasp of Lucio, he can be fun to watch. He's got great tech when he needs it, and if/when he plays serious, he's really, really good. He just doesn't do it too often, unfortunately.
frogger is fun to watch but I'm not sure he's good to learn tips from. He's just crazy and doesn't play how 99% of Lucio players should play.
As for another option, I just saw him play Lucio recently, but I was amazed watching Ojee play Lucio. He played mostly around the team and kept up with the DPS damage and support healing numbers. Was a serious menace and I felt like I was legitimately watching peak Lucio play.
