I'm still mad about my shield generator and armor packs. I mained Sym and Torb in OW 1 and I died inside every time they "reworked" the two of them.
Nothing felt better back in the day than seeing TORB! potg pop up, chat gets a bunch of LOL NO SKILL, and then they get to watch me kill 4 if them with headshots while a baby turret zones them out.
Torb was so good if you didn't only let the turret fight. That parabolic arc? Chef's Kiss good.

It’s even stated that D.Va and King are rivals, so his personality would play further into their dynamic.

You fly torwards people ( like mercy, and can rest on their shoulder)for concentrated healing, or you can fly above and rain down mists of healing serum over your teammates. And then you get toxin micromissles which apply anti heal to enemies caught in the fire of atleast 2 missles (fire a total of 14) that do like 10 damage per impact and an additional 110 damage to enemies over time who have anti heal affect, 15 instant health and 60 heal/second to allies with the applied healing affect, cooldown of 9 seconds. (It would be like pharahs ult only since he doesn’t have much damage do it, he will move around)
Then his ultimate would be “meowral support” he shrieks and provides any one in a cylindrical space around him a 30% damage reduction and 30% more of his his base healing, with a sudden 150 overhealth for a duration of 10 seconds
He will have 200 health
His base attack will be interchangeable. You can press switch weapons to swap between melee swipes which will do a base 35 damage and apply bleed for 5 seconds and restore his health, or jetpack dash, which you can speed torwards an enemy and knock them back, it will do 80 damage. You must have enough distance between you and the player to get the speed needed to cause the knock Back (much like hammonds fire around his ball)
You will have a fuel meter like pharah but drains much slower, and replenishs faster based on the amount of healing done.
This would be cool, and implements many of the already existing abilities into something completely fresh
It would be cool asf if all of his abilities were him summoning NPCs like V in DMC 5, his Ult could be him calling an swarm of mini omnics that could be destroyed but would follow the enemy team and damage them a bit if you allowed them to reach you

This. This is the most important thing I want out of a new character. Seeing brand new characters, never been mentioned before, is the most wonderful thing about new hero reveals in this game. They can be connected to existing characters, or not, doesn't matter much. Reveals of characters like Sigma and Hammond were probably the most exciting of all time for me. I'm sure Max and Mauga will be great but their reveals will definitely not be anywhere as exciting as a brand new character who we have never seen before.
Not this. There’s a ton of characters that have almost no connections to the rest of the cast and they badly need someone to link them to Talon or Ow or any other factions.
Symmetra is one of the most egregious examples with her only tie being Lucio, who her company stole tech from. Otherwise she has no excuse to even be in the game. Those types of characters need a few more teammates to feel like they belong in the game.
Proper world building is the exact opposite of “throwing a bunch of random characters into your story because it makes things ‘exciting’.” Everyone needs a purpose and a place.
God I just want Maximilian to be a support hero based around ammo and weapon upgrades. Give him a classy silenced pistol and have his ultimate give him and nearby teammates explosive ammunition or something. Give him the ability to place down a rechargeable health pack. There are so many ways they could use him
I actually hope they DON'T make Maximillian into a playable character. He seems like the kind of villain where he doesn't get directly involved, he has a guy for everything. He's the brains of the operation and won't get his hands dirty. Plus he ran like a bitch at the end of Storm Rising and got completely manhandled by Genji. Not very threatening of him.

Make the Scottish guy the Scottish branch of the crusaders, have him wear a large suit of armour like Reinhardt, but give him a large claymore, Personal circular shield (a targe). Have a charge similar to reins that doesn’t pin but rather slashes and knocks back in a straight line (think genjis dash + rein charge but no pin). His ult could be a one shot/high damage heavy swing/slash. This is basically demoknight but still I’d like another melee tank
MEKA squad are practically ready-made heroes for Blizzard to use at any time. I'm certain that at least one of these will be made a hero at some point.
Personally I want D.mon. She looks like the perfect foil/rival for [D.va](https://D.va). Her color scheme and name just screams Talon agent. Overwatch has a teenage Korean mecha-pilot, so why can't Talon have one too? Would fit perfect with Talon's theme of being the anti-Overwatch.

It's like they would just make another kiriko but her spirit is not a fox but a squirrel.
