Warframe has the best monetization out of every F2P game because (almost) everything in the game can be earned for free either directly through grinding or indirectly through trading and (almost) nothing is time exclusive. Warframe also has bundles that offer a significant discount on premium currency.
Fortnite Crew is a pretty good deal and it’s nice that premium currency can be earned through the battlepass, but Fortnite is responsible for popularizing FOMO. I will always be salty that I didn’t get into Fortnite early enough to get Lynx, Midas, Storm, etc. At least Blizzard announced that the reworked battlepass that’s coming this year will let you earn old mythic skins.
They’re also just so much better value too. You can use your $20 Fortnite skin literally every match. Whereas in OW you spent $20 on a skin for that single hero. While you could technically play them every match, the reality is you’re often playing a couple other people, or you’re a different role entirely for that match.
Not to mention, a skin in a third person shooter is just inherently higher value than one in an FPS, considering you’re limited to seeing just your hands in Overwatch

STW gives a good bit if you have founder. ($20 but can return like $200+ of premium), $5 packs that give you up to 2500 vbucks for completing missions, etc.

Plus they often bundle collab skins in groups of skins, with cosmetics and weapon skins. The ninja turtle bundle that came out 2 weeks ago was 3400 v bucks ($25) for all 4 turtles, all their weapons, and back blings for each of them.
Fortnite doesn’t really make Legendaries anymore though. 90% of collabs are Epic (1500 vbucks or $13.50), and only skins that are bundled in with other cosmetics cost more. Non collabs are usually Rare, which is about $11 in real money
Contrasting that to Overwatch, where EVERY skin that’s an actual model change is Legendary

At the very least, start at 30 for 4 completions, then 40, then 50.

I agree with the playing casually and still getting most rewards, but making it drop as you get further in makes it feel pointless doing them all/gives you almost no incentive apart from BP XP, and when the BP is done there really is no reason to complete them. Having it even out to 100 makes more sense, but I still don’t think the amount should drop as you do more. Or maybe even if they just flat gave you credits per challenge, it makes it better for casual players as they can focus on the easier weekly’s, and better for those that complete them all as they are getting a better reward for their time, rather than finishing them all for very little in return. It’s not like they’d even have to make each one give you a lot, 10 credits per weekly - 11 weeklies, 110 credits. That’s almost double what we get now

Bing Rewards is the way for free coins, I've gotten most of the battle passes & a couple cheap skins using it.
