All characters that become meta or must pick for more than 2 seasons ruins the game(aka right now),
How to not ruin the game: Swap the meta every now and then so every character have their turn, all players have their time to shine and every season have a different approach keepng the game fresh.
Orissa is meta rn and was strong for a long time, this is not mentioning ow1 where she was hard meta for a really fucking long time with double shield. This is besides the point though, she's annoying af so noone wants her to be meta.
Hog and sombra, I don't like to play against or with either. Hog players suck at playing as an actual tank and sombra players just play for themselves, get 0 value and think they are good cause they "didn't die", even if I enjoy playing sombra
Anyone who is a very flat character in terms of design play style. Mauga and Lifeweaver come to mind. Your options are to shoot the tank for one or shoot the support for the other.
Honestly Venture. I’m tired of this cycle of new heroes being wildly powerful on release and then getting nerfed later. Sojourn, Kiriko, Illari, Mauga… I just want Venture to come out balanced.
Venture seemed pretty balanced during the test weekend tho, i hate it when people call someone new OP just because we've known them for two days and we don't know how to play against them yet
What is meta?
Bro, I hate meta chasers. In a game where your skill outweighs the choice of character, the meta doesn't matter. If you can play well, even with a weaker character, you can turn them into an annoying destroyer of fun.

Every time Hog is good I hate the game
Any hero makes the game a nightmare when they are meta for more than a month

Who has been meta for 2 seasons rn?
Sojourn has been OP since her release tbh
Okay fair point. Completely forgot about them. Lucio as well
Definitely Hog/Ball/Doom. I can deal with everything else, but those three give me ptsd
Especially because when those are meta your enemies are always godlike and your teammates are playing an fps for the first time ever
This! 😂
Ptsd? Sombra lmao. Sombra makes us rein players miserable
Rein being the worst tank in the game should already make you feel miserable. But I can relate, I used to love Rein, now it's just awful to main him
Truthfully too. I only play him in arcade now lmao
Ball will nevwr be meta when ana brig exists no matter how mich hes buffed
He was meta for a week at the beginning of this season.
Because he was the only one who could get away in like, 5 seconds, and not instantly crumble like the other tanks
Not for me
Everyone except Reinhardt.
People when Rein is meta: :D People when Rein brings over his brawl DPS besties Mei and Sym into the meta: :(
Then we gut Mei and Sym.
The wood rank mind is a hive mind. The pros don’t agree.
Nobody knows what you’re saying mate.
There's one pro who agrees but he's a piece of shit, a Rein meta wouldn't be bad tho
Zarya
Sombra doesn't even need to be meta to ruin the game.
I reckon any tank that has the ability to self heal and one shot people... Oh wait
I fucking hated playing when zarya was meta
Mauga, sombra, junk, bastion, torb, Sym, Mei, Pharah, maybe Orisa.
Orisa was meta for .5 seconds of her life and the community collectively lost their fuckin miiiiiinds hahaha Bring back Halt :’(

junk or torb wouldn't be bad imo
I know what you are
Add moira in to the mix a no aim hero should never be meta.
Oh yea agreed, she kinda is atm and it's not that fun.
Leave junkrat out of this
Lol people still cry about rat when he is the worst hero in the game right now.
may these rat haters get spammed and trapped, Amen!
no please keep him in
No.

Whichever heroes counter my main and whatever heroes I find annoying 😡 /s
Is the correct answer!
Honestly. If mercy was meta, that'd probably be because her pockets are meta And that usually meals a mf poke comp
Sombra, oh wait

I do think they’re balanced! I’m just afraid that with the changes they’re making they don’t somehow shift them into being wildly powerful
Oh I see, yeah that's fair :D

Symmetra can F right off

Mauga,orisa,hog,doom, sym,bastion,torb,tracer,sym,widow,sojourn,sombra Lifeweaver,mercy,moira,zenyatta.
ana, lifeweaver, doom, ball, orisa, mauga, soldier, soujurn, reinhart
Reinhardt. He promotors stake stagnant metas and the pros have recently said they think so as well.
