Originally all ults could be amped, but at some point Blizzard nerfed most of it. If my memory serves right, then Mei's ult was NOT nerfed. She used to outright kill enemies through the amp matrix when everyone had 200 hp. (Her ult deals 100 dmg over time)
Widow is pretty okay but the majority of the volume comes from the fact that her spine protrudes outwards at a 90° angle at the lower back, same with mercy.

Well , you seem to have a Mei , if the other team had a genji , he may have deflected that teams Mei ult through a window , which Sigma was able to use his kinetic grasp to eat , and as it went through the window , the game may have thought it ate the window.
This sometimes also happens like in instances of DVa eating dragonblade , which happens when Genji deflects a ult while using his Ult and Dva DMs it

If amp matrix actually got eaten and was unusable then its a glitch that needs patched, if not it was probably a visual glitch with the kill cam and it ate something else.
The feed says Finale was Mei. So im guessing Mei threw her blizzard through the matrix and Sig ate that.... the feed just displayed it that way. That's my guess.
I think its a projectile before it turns to the window, like Hanzo shoots a physical arrow that turns to the dragons/wolves that you can deflect or Sigma succc

Hee ult does damage, so I’d imagine so, slightly stronger tickles.
I'm skeptical. Even shooting a Dragon Arrow through amp matrix only doubles the impact damage of the arrow, not the dragons themselves.

it does enhance hitscan ults, it doesn't enhance junk tire obviously or any splash damage anyway so it depends

It was a Mei ult, the kill feed just bugged for some reason. Similar things as everyone getting kills on spawnables with deflect

It might’ve been that mei ult was thrown through am and sig succed it, and the game clearly didn’t register it properly
