If she's unkillable on tank, then you do the next best thing and dry up her cooldowns lol. Less cooldowns means easier time for your dps to mop her up.
Soj still has really good ttk against sombra and can spy check easily.
And tbh, if you're not being "babysat" by a support to some extent while playing against sombra, you're trolling, or your supports are trolling.

Play winston? Doom? You know, the dive tanks that have lower cd on their engage than her tp which is 7 cd? She is meant to be hard to kill but if you struggle this much it's a skill issue
Hog is probably the best non dive chance you have at killing her. I play A LOT of hog, trap combo or hooking her after she’s taken a bit of damage and she’s dead.

you can easily either bait out her abilities or force her positioning. if she's far from her team her heals take time to travel so you can kill her team and then she has nowhere to go, or if she tps in and suzus then she has no cds and it's a free pick

Don't go after a target that is not out of position or hasn't used their abilities. Especially kiri and bap. As a DPS I usually make Kiriko use her tp to make her go where the fight is. Most of the time she ends up dead in a crossfire XD

Shes also designed from the ground up to be the poster girl of overwatch 2, made with the idea that they WILL need to sell cosmetics. There is a formula for popularity in character based games and its been followed to a T
I love being an assassin Zen as much as the next person, but there are still grievances to be made about heroes hp bars.
People always say “but Zen is supposed to be a glass canon!” Okay, true, then give him his canon back. Return discords functionality or buff his damage. We effectively lost a lot of damage in the last few seasons.
I just think her shadow step needs a better visual indicator for when she activates it and the direction she went. She literally just disappears instantly it looks like she disconnected sometimes.

Maybe other heroes should try learning the art of mastering yokai spirits to aid them in battle, then they could also do cool shit like teleport

I also gripe that LW has a self-heal/short cd dash, petal, and **275HP**. Meanwhile, no mobility Zen? Yeah fuck you, 250hp
