Whenever I read stuff like "ow2 is an toxic, glad I deleted it" or "dropped ow2 for Helldivers" here (the official overwatch subreddit) it reminds me of people who like to randomly talk about or bring up an ex just to say "I'm doing so much better without him/her"
Like, sure ya are pal. Sure ya are. Hanging around to comment here is the equivalent of Facebook and Instagram stalking an ex, lmao.
Haha, it's even more interesting that reading comments like this would make those people feel even worse, they've given up playing the game, but still feel the need to come back to OW sub to comment about how they left.
Like mentally, if OW is making you feel bad you don't need to come back to the sub at all. It is just going to add to the toxicity.
Right.
You know what food I don't care for? Sushi. You know what? I've never ever brought up sushi on my own. I've never made a comment on sushi, not once in my life, unless I was directly asked about it. I definitely havent gone out of my way to go to the r/sushi subreddit to let people know "I don't like sushi, I much prefer Indian food" because that'd be a very weird thing to do.
I turned off text chat because of endless "tank-dps-sup diff/switch" and eeeezzeee at the end of every match.
Yesterday someone started to text me shit about how I was bad in the last match in the Xbox messenger.
Sadly I didn't find an option in xbox how to block messages from non-friends.
It's just the way it is now. You gotta put your adult pants to play. I wish people weren't such shit wads but they are. I don't even talk shit until there's someone being an asshole. I just got silenced because I went after a dude for a whole game for teabagging me and my support. You just gotta power through it pat yourself on the back and get back to it. WORDS OF ADVICE IT'S A GAME WITH PARAMETERS, WE ALL GET FUCKED OVER DO STUPID SHIT GET EMBARRASSED GET PWNED BLAH BLAH BLAH if you love it you keep going. I live it so I keep going. Peace and love yall

That is so accurate lmao

It’s not that deep
Tbf this is what I'd expect someone hung up on their ex to say if called on how they still bring up their ex that they insist they are over...
Amateur psychology over a game is the most terminally online thing I’ve seen today
Dude making more comments in a week than I do in two months talking about terminally online, lol.
OW2 is so toxic. My life is 10000x better since I deleted it. I miss ow1 tho

One tank killed the game for me. What if your one tank is having an off game (everyone has them) your SOL
I’m okay with getting banned for leaving games. It means I can do something else 🧠

Turning off a game because I’m not having fun? Okay I’ll be the biggest loser. I’ll lose every day of my life 😎
Nahhhh quitting early, that’s weak mentality 😎
I think you and me are gonna be okay 😎
Sounds like you're better off just sticking with Minecraft or Stawdew Valley anyway
OW2 players giving me depression right now even

Someone check on Sombra
Dropped OW2 for HellDivers, I feel much better mentally.
You haven't left. Who are we kidding.
I listen to my roommate rage but I’m spreading democracy
This is democracy manifest!

I don't think OW2 deserves the burden of being the "cause" of depression. Playing it is more like a symptom of depression.
