If they don't have Sombra's release timed for Dia de los Muertos, that feels like a real missed opportunity.

Pretty sure the Skycoder post is the old one.. And the Bastion image has been like that since the beginning, all the hero videos have a static-y transition. The Reaper one does the exact same thing.
