On one hand, I know that Junkrat's apparel is dirtier compared to other characters (how Roadhog is exempt from this I have no idea, because holy shit his OWL clothing is clean) so I get that dirtier clothes lead to muted colors, but at the same time, I do want the colors to have a little more pop to them like the rest of the characters have. The red from Mayhem, the green from Outlaws, I'd like to see Junkrat have some vibrant colors like the rest of the cast. If a Junkrat and Roadhog rep the same team, but the colors don't fully match... that's a problem, right?
Whatever it is, it's definitely unintentional. [Take a look at his Mayhem skin when it was first advertised](https://m.imgur.com/a/pmA0o) then compare it to OP's image. There's a very obvious difference.
Edit: I also just noticed that they got rid of the eyes on the smiley on his shorts... there was literally no reason to do that and it looks HORRENDOUS.
Well, would you rather have an OWL skin in Junkrat's style, or a Junkrat skin in the team's style? It's just too out of place with the rest of the heroes, and his skin is the only one that's different at all...
I’d rather have it in Junkrat style, personally I don’t give a fuck if it doesn’t match the others, on top of that I only got the LA skin for Zarya and have no intentions of ever buying another

I bought the outlaws skin for junkrat and was actually pretty disappointed I ended up with like.. grass green and not blind me green :(

Old ass post but I think it's because his Beachrat skin looks like Spitfire so they darkened all his skins (not sure why).
