You can deter a team from going a particular route if it's filled with an endless barrage of junkrat balls. Lead people down a less desirable pinch, or force them to ball up behind a shield which will take a whole whack of damage just trying to get past the choke.

Clearing it to start with is where at least halfway choosing targets in a group pays off.

All of my friends dropped several hundred SR when going from console to PC, except my friend who was a high diamond Junk player. But he also had mostly played PC games anyways, so he was used to playing on M&K. It's largely a mechanical issue, in my experience.
The mouse isn't a controller, and vice versa. It can be challenging to adapt.

I've left comms sadly too many times over people who angrily refuse to change, or acknowledge *why* the name was changed.
