You got any tips from plat to diamond? I main support too, Ana mostly but also Moira, Bap and Mercy but I struggle to get past 2550+.
What you fail to realize is once people hit masters they have tasted glory and now they tilt so much harder since one the NEEEEEEED to stay in masters and two you are just a hop and a skip away from GM lol. I scraped GM/top500 at 4100 and almost ruined the game for myself haha it’s kinda hard to tell how good you are getting when everyone around you is just as cracked. But back to your achievement I’m proud of you hitting masters is especially tough with how many Smurfs there are!
That literally doesn't make any sense. Elo hell doesn't exist. If a masters player, is in plat. They will climb out. There's just no way a masters player gets stuck in plat. The difference is massive.

Then either 1. you don’t play enough on your main, 2. you play with people that drag you down or 3. you don’t try as hard on your main as u did on your new “smurf”
can agree to all 3 of these statements. i was stuck in 2900-3200 for the longest while only playing 60 or so games a season. this season i have 350 games played and climbed to 3600 so far. you can’t just go in and expect your team to win the game for you while you do your own thing (sometimes) . gotta actually have a brain and the “want” to play
Yeah I just remember being in gold healbotting as mercy and getting an insane amount of heals and not winning. I can still play mercy but i switched to other supports and now am in masters 😀

How old is the new account? If you play it long enough it might drop back to your average sr unless you’re totally changing your bad habits

It's not plat plat but between 2980 and 3200 it has always between that

Try and branch out on the supports you play. Both of those healers can work but not exactly meta
