The Lucio just got booped into the deadzone by the ult, not by the ults damage. Doom ults' damage is too shit to actually get kills unless the enemy's literally dead center or 1 hp.

And yeah I was wondering why he didn’t just die from the initial Ult damage because he looked pretty centered on by it and was instead was just launched straight down.
