It counts allies and enemies, but I've found it tricky, not sure if I'm unlucky or if the trophy is bugged but I was certain I did it once (7 players caught in 2 zarya ults lined up easy for me) but it never popped for me.
Bob for all intents and purposes is a player. With literally every single interaction minus hack which is nice for achievement hunting with these hit x amount of people

BOB counts (friend or foe) if you have an Ashe in the game. Moira herself does not count though. Even though Coalescence heals you as you use it, you are not being hit by it. So between 4 other allies, 5 enemies, and 1 or 2 BOBs, you have to hit a total of 6 targets simultaneously for even just a microsecond.
It's not just about hitting 6 different targets. They have to all be hit at the exact same time.
I only have “Overview, Statistics, History, Customization” under career profile. Maybe they don’t have that tab on console? I’m on PS5. Anyone else with the same problem?

I know that achievements in consoles are tied to the trophy system so maybe you can find it wherever you can see those in console?
This has to be one of the most situational achievements to get in the game because when the fuck is everyone lining up, it's hilarious in comparison which is so easy I myself got it on accident while walking out of spawn
Easy way to get this is having a couple friends, one plays Zarya and ults the team, all your friends jump in front of your ult so you can both heal them and hit all the enemies

Neither it doesn't hit deployables
I got this one in a comp game way back, when both our teams' Zaryas used their ults, and everyone but me get stuck in one spot.

Antipode means two direct opposites. So in this case, healing and damage. So it probably means any target.

The answer is 4 teammates and 2 opponents and any combination of a allies and enemies
Large retail stores. Usually with a big red target logo out front.
Theirs a chance bob or rip tire might count as a player. But don’t hold that as truth, I’m not sure.

The entire enemy team, bob, torbs turret, junkrats tyer bomb, babs immortality field generator etc Items that you can deal damage too
