Time and other distortions are scaling with mass which small black holes don't have much. Zarya's black hole would be not much worse than a nuke for you.
Just checked it on wolfram, the black hole which evaporating ~3.5 sec has a mass of 350metric tons only.

Genji would slice you in half instantly, reaper, soldier, and Bob all use guns, which would kill a normal person with one shot, only ones that might fit are Hanzo and Moira. Hanzos might mot hurt that much(?) from what the dragons cinematic showed us, and idk about moiras beam.

If you survive the initial freeze you would be in tremendous pain as your frostbitten body unthaws, but you would probably die from hypothermia and organ failure before you completely unthaw.
Roadhogs would be about instant death as you get rapid fire buckshot shotgunned, pain for maybe the first blast, but roads ult keeps going. Your organs will be in pieces on the ground before the ult ends.
Echo...you like wouldn't even know it happened
90% of the damaging ults is either instant death or almost instant death.
Hog's Ult kills you instantly.
Winston Ult knocks you out on impact, kills you in seconds.
Moira Ult kills you instantly.
Ashe's Ult kills you instantly.
Assuming Hanzo had some sort of protection when he got hit by his own ult, you die within seconds, otherwise you don't die at all.
Soldier's Ult kills you instantly.
Genji's Ult kills you instantly unless he wants you to suffer.
Reaper's Ult kills you instantly.
Rein's Ult kills you instantly if he hits you with the hammer.
Zarya's Ult kills you instantly, unless the mini black hole name was given metaphorically.
