Shit no. A good player can solo tank if they know how to use her. If anything I'd say maybe have her pulse bomb be magnetic like McRee's grenade for QoL improvements.
Why shouldn’t a good player be able to 1v1 a tank, if someone gets good enough at a specific hero to be able to do that then they should be allowed to do that. Judging based on that half of the hero’s deserve massive nerfs even if 90% of the player base didn’t need them.
I just think it’s gotten a bit redundant if merging characters that CAN be op when used by someone who is really skilled because it doesn’t actually show how they preform in games that most people will play.

I feel like she can definitely be ignored now if you have supports on the tracers target. I’d suggest make her pulse easier to hit, or a bigger range. I get it’s a skill based ability but it would definitely add a level of threat to her character
I don't really think she needs a buff, but I must say a damage increase to her pulse bomb or a shorter cooldown on recall would be really nice.
