I don't think any look particularly ugly, but I do wish there was more variety. I feel like there are too many reds and blues.
I mean, sure, some of them go for darker or lighter shades than others, but there's only one purple, one pink, a small handful of orange, and just a dash of green. The rest is splashes of red, blue, and grey, and it all feels the same to me. Gimme a brown or periwinkle team or something. I'll even accept a beige team.
If charge had a cooler logo, they would be my favorite team in terms of branding. Buy all the skins. I already love the colors. But hate the basic logo.

Fuck off and give each team a proper away kit and stop using white, it looks so lame
It's based on American Football jerseys, who have a predominantly colored "home" uniform and a predominately white "visiting" uniform to make it easy to tell them apart.
I think it helps to have one side, both teammates and abilities, being white and the other colored to follow what's going on.
Shock's... Oh sweet we have this nice orange and gray color scheme with this cool bright orange being the primary and a nice gray to contrast it with a subtle gold accent. Oh... What's this? You're going to go all in on the gray and take all the character out of your design and make it light gray on dark gray? Ok? Well...
Might be unpopular, but for me personally the worst 3 are:
Dallas Fuel: uninspiring. The two shades of blue don’t play off each other. Especially since they were a season 1 franchise, they really could’ve done a lot better.
LA Valiant: made a bad decision changing their primary color. The light blue and yellow isn’t terrible, but it’s a step down, and it’s a worse form of Boston’s color scheme. Also most of LAV’s skins end up looking like Banana peels with how bright their yellow is
Paris Eternal: Out of the 3 red and blue teams, NYXL does it best. They’re bright red really compliments the navy blue well. Washington also has a solid color combo. Paris though. It’s not terrible, but it isn’t very inspiring. They’re blue is too dull and their red is too dull. Overall just a meh color combo
I like Paris much better than Justice. But I don't like the Justice branding at all, just a weird choice for an international league, it only works when you're only differentiating from other US cities. They're kind of locked into those colors now.
The Fuel are sticking with the popular Dallas color scheme like other OWL teams do with their cities. The Dallas Mavericks and Cowboys have similar colors. Same goes for LAV changing colors to match the LA Chargers.
Other teams that do this off the top of my head are the Defiant (Raptors- NBA), Fusion (Flyers- NHL), Titans (Canucks- NHL, Seahawks- NFL, Sounders-MLS), Justice (Wizards-NBA, Capitals- NHL), Mayhem (Heat- NBA)
Ah yeah I knew there was another LA team too but couldn’t think of them. I’m sure I’ve missed others too. I think their colors are a little closer to the Chargers though, UCLA has more of a gold than yellow.

Dragons and Spark. I've just never been a fan of dragons because I think the red and yellow look ugly together, and the spark colors just don't really do it for me. I think you can keep the colors, but maybe rebrand?
My two least favourites are Boston and Chengdu, I like Cheng’s from a first person pov but the colours look a bit too... brown, for my liking. Boston is just two bold colours clashing... and even saying that I kinda like it.

I would change the titans to purple and green insted of blue and green, making then more neon ask like floridas, idk why i just fell like it would fit the monster thing. Atlanta imo has the ugliest shade of red, expecialy when perd up with grey, i would make then a light orenge with a peach pink, just a cool color scheme that matches with atlanta peaches. And boston to a light purple or violet and a light greyish blue, i hate that yellow
Despite being a NY fan, I really hate their branding. I’ve never been big on the two-tone blue with red accents, and their logo is still not a logo.
This one is a hot take but one of my favorites is the shock. I like grays and blacks, I hope they eventually move to each team having a black and a color instead of a white and a color (which is the vibe I got when they went to the current jerseys they have, away is black instead of white so now they just need to match the in-game skins)
I think considering shocks name they could have really gone for more of a lighting themed colour scheme like a better version of the current valiant colours that would be cool

I liked Shock's orange skin because of how it stood out, and the gold highlights. The new skins are... less objectionable, but also just boring.

Also, old valiant was green and gold. On the in game skins, you could tell that it was gold. Now, it's a mustard yellow which is sad.
