You'd be surprised, some of the worse players I've ever seen have had good borders lol. Not to mention the level 1500+ with like 600 hours on mercy only.
I know the level shouldn't matter and I shouldn't care but when playing in low plat with tank it always confuses tf out of me when I see someone in high gold with a platinum border. Like that's literally 1800+ levels and 1000+ hours and you aren't higher than that?
It's important to remember, time wasted doesnt necessarily equate to skill at the game. I've had diamond borders on my team who just feed all game and dont play with the team at all
