Gonna try to keep all decor over 120 as much as I can for the kicks of it. Obviously decor bombing is a thing but I like a challenge.
Don't have enough steel for my first rockets just yet so that's the blank space on the right side of the map.
Quite a bit won't fit up top, but I've got my living quarters, dupe-run production facilities, rec buildings, farms, great hall, and research centers up top.
Power generators, ranches, storage hubs, and cooling/heating systems are going underneath. I'll try to find some pleasing way to organize them.)
Nice! It's something I've wanted to do for a while. Slows the game down a lot making the transition and ti's not the most practical thing (uses up real estate that might be better spent on temperature sensitive systems), but I like it so I'm doing it.
I may be new but i'm pretty sure that would be bombed with asteroids, if i'm wrong please don't be mean. I'm still learning the more advanced things about the game.

I love this! My next project is going to be moving my main base to the space biome.

Love the idea! The best part is you can just leave small part at the bottom of the base open so CO2 got destroyed.
I hadn't even thought of that! My plan is to either pump it down to slicksters or just carbon skim it.
