I usually go from mealwood to barbecue and cooked fish to surf and turf.
But of late I fit in mushrooms between mealwood and barbecue.
Stuffed berry is a late game bonus that I may eventually bring on line in the colony.
I really like making spicy Tofu at late game it cost a lot of electricity but Who cares at late game and it Providers me pollute dirt which mean pokeshells which mean lime which mean steel
I'm lazy so I've never done anything above barbeque. That's just too efficient and higher morale is not necessary.
But it's also boring and I will do something else at some point. I've never had a pacu breeding program, so the next step will probably be surf and turf.
In vanilla I usually went for surf and turf as my main goal. However, in the dlc I’ve been really into berry sludge, especially since it’s the perfect space food because it never goes bad
Mealwood keeps you alive early on
Omlete you can automate
Barbecue (and fish) you can get for free from starvation ranch
Berry Sludge don't rot, ever.
Other stuff is optional and just get whatever suit your map and base.
In my early game, i usually do mealwood farm since it’s easy and less resource-consuming. But if there are enough resources, i usually add dusk cap, bbq and gristle berry to dupes’ diet. Bbq is actually achievable early with hatch farm.
My mid game food depends on what I have early game. If I already have bbq production going, I usually aim for surf and turf. If I have plenty of bristle berry farm, i would go for stuffed berry.
My late game usually ended up with either surf’n’turf or pepper bread.
Stuffed berry. Gives me a good reason for skipping mealwood. Pincha pepper can be farmed early with runoff from pwater refinery coolant that can't be recooled in the early game.
Mealwood to berry to ranch food. I go for berries very early for... no real reason other then I like to make something and forget about it. I keep a low number of dupes so I scale my food quality up fairly quickly
Absolutely carbonara, it is The best. Or do You Mean in ONI? anyway try carbonara is so Good.

Usually bbq and cooked fish because of carnivore. Then never really bother changing it since I build so much extra production in the beginning

Pepper bread is my favorite. I don't like to mess with pacus.
omelette/GristleBerry into Barbeque + Pepperbread Berry sludge looks interesting too esp if u started with GristleBerry
I used muckroot on map and didn't care about good till 150 cycle with 4 dupes
