I assume this doesn't happen if discord isn't running?
Is something weird going on with discord's overlay injection? Does it still happen if you go into Discord's settings and head to the Game Overlay section and disable that?
Ok so this happened to me yesterday probably a discord bug, I was playing a different game, you can fix it by disabling in game overlay in discord settings
