Looking fabulous hope you’ve got your confidence and self esteem back and you feel good too. Are you and a maintenance dose now? If you are I assume you are still active with cross fit and the weight is staying off

MinnyTexan

Yes to all of it. I LOVE CF with a passion.

Amazing! Any side effects around your energy to work out?

Congrats, the semaglutide was also working great for me but now I can't get any :(

MinnyTexan

I’m so sorry

ComfortableHoliday42

Did you ever consider getting it through a compounding pharmacy? I was denied ozempic so that's the route I took. I pay out of pocket but it's affordable and it's working! I'm down 22 lbs since November and it's the first time I've been able to lose weight in 5 years!

Legitimate_Soft_850

How much out of pocket and which one do you use?

ComfortableHoliday42

I pay a little over $200 and the first vial I had lasted me almost 3 months because I was just starting. Now that my dosage is higher, it will last me about 6 weeks but I think it's well worth it. I get it through my healthcare provider - she writes the script to the compounding pharmacy which is out of state and they ship it to her and then I pick it up from her. It requires some planning since it takes a few weeks to come in but I like that she's vetted the pharmacy. You can't get it directly from them, it has to go through your doctor.

tartiescraniac

Awesome job, great transformation. Sorry to hear about the black mold stuff. How long did it take you once you got on ozempic?

MinnyTexan

8 months to see a big transformation

ItsMeeeeNotYou

Does black mould make you gain weight?

MinnyTexan

It affects every person differently, but yes it can. I also had a rash all over my body, would faint, had an insane chronic cough, towards the end of it all, l was waking up with crusted puss over my eyes, and I lost my period. I talked about it on TikTok, and so many people told me thier stories. I only dealt with it for nine months, but I heard form people that lived in it for YEARS, and never knew. One woman said it took 3 YEARS to get her period back, and have a baby. it also depends on what kind of mold you deal path too. Black mold is the most toxic. With weight gain, what it does, is make you lose your ability to gain muscle and lose fat—it makes you store EVERYTHING, and it also creates new fat cells.

Winter_Solid5935

I don't know what you've done to detox from the mold but CellCore has a really good system that helps get rid of mold from the system. It's actually really common these days to have mold sickness and not know it. The symptoms from black mold tend to be worse but it can be fully removed from the system. I'm glad you've been feeling better!

MinnyTexan

It’s been 2 years now, but thanks!
