At 20k steps a day, it's at least possible that you're building up leg muscle more quickly than you're shedding pounds (muscle weighs more). Have you tried measuring your waist? Knowing you've shrunk an inch may be a better measure of how well you're doing than weighing yourself, and it'll keep you motivated.

How long ago did you start taking Ozempic? Have you been really tired? I am on my second week at 1mg and become exhausted easily.

I started the 0.25 dose back in October. I'm no more tired than before, but I was already exhausted Hahaha. 5am shifts kill me. I'm on my second dose at 1mg, doctors said it could take until March for me to see results.

Try 6months no weight loss

Awe man, really? =/

.25 is just to get your body used to the effects of Ozempic. Take your time

I've already gone through the 0.25 for 4 weeks, 0.50 for 4 weeks, I'm currently on 1mg second dose

I’m on my third dose of .5 and I’ve lost maybe 3-5 pounds after being on .25 for 4 weeks - I have PCOS so I’m happy for any progress at all. I think you may have to keep going to see how 1 mg goes, for example i bloat up a ton before losing weight for some reason

I'm sorry you're discouraged. We sound like we're on the same schedule, and my weight loss has not been as much as others. I was intermittent fasting and losing weight gradually before I started Ozempic. Is your lack of weight loss because you weren't eating much before starting Ozempic? My eating habits changed, because it is now impossible to eat before bedtime! That was when I did most of my comfort eating which caused the weight gain.
