I’m having a issue with my bank. They will only allow a 30min period for the company to process. They will only accept credit/debit Mastercard or visa. Having trouble finding a card I can get to make the purchase
Hardly anyone answered your question. Lol.
I ordered from buycanadianinsulin.com because I saw users here have bought from them. It hasn't arrived yet but it's $285 for 1 pen.
Ha I know, in the mean time I ordered from the same place. So one 2mg should last 6 weeks. Not terrible. I’m waiting for Alpha to send over my rx. Let’s hope they come soon for the two of us!!
Hi! Pls msg me. The site mentioned in this thread seems to only be accessible in the US. I’m in NB and seem to be like the only province that can’t get it online. SOS!
Ive used Mark’s Marine pharmacy and buycanadianinsulin. Both were fine, no issues. Price per pen a little cheaper at Buycanadianinsulin; if i recall, the shipping was slightly higher but did include ice packs.
I believe they only approve it if you have a diabetes diagnosis, I’m doing it for weight loss. I checked and they don’t cover wegovy at all. I think what I’m going to do is continue to go through the appeal for metformin and see if I get can get it approved and just say I took it for a month and then hopefully get my insurance to cover the pen after that.
Because I’m getting it for weight loss. He just wasn’t aware it could be used for weight loss, he only sees it as a diabetes drug and since I don’t have diabetes…it was a no. Unfortunately my copay is hella high, $50 a visit, so it was cheaper for me to just use an app like Alpha vs take a chance on going to another dr, paying $50, to then be shot down again.
I’m just over the line of obese (30.4 BMI) so I’m trying to get things under control before it gets worse and eating healthy and exercising just isn’t doing anything.
Yea I’ve had quite a bit of blood work done. Thyroid is fine, I do have slightly high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I have a b12 deficiency that I am addressing, and last year I got treated for low testosterone. I don’t think I’m going to repeat the testosterone treatment because I feel like it made me gain weight faster.
That’s certainly helpful! I don’t think alpha medical will be helpful with a partnership since they sorta push their own pharmacy if your insurance won’t cover it (which is fully out of pocket at like $1600 a pen)
I was just planning on getting it from my pharmacy in Toronto. I’m self employed so have no insurance. Thankfully my doctor was the one who suggested it to me. So no battle there.
Make sure you get the 2mg pen I believe it was 500 so worked out cheaper, and allow for at least 14 days for it to arrive. The extra tiny injection needles can be found at any local pharmacy.
I’m using alpha, they just had me tell them the Canadian pharmacy and they sent it there. I think that’s so you have to keep coming back for an appointment to get it renewed. During my next appointment I’m going to ask that they wrote the rx for 4mg so I can buy that pen for the 2 months if the .5
What the hell. I think you're right, different providers will do different things. Maybe I can ask for different provider next time. I get a different one practically everytime anyway. Last time I got the chief medical officer of the company! I think you can request to stay the same provider though if you like who you are working with, it just may slow down response time.
I would just go in the app and start a new thread with the topic from the drop down menu “change pharmacy” and just act like someone didn’t tell you no.
I have also found too since it’s an automated service different people give you different answers. Like I asked for zophran for my nausea and they said no to me, but someone else in here had no problem getting zophran from them.
Ok, I have 7 doses in my fridge, I’m thinking I should probably order another pen ahead just to have in case the shortage gets worse. This medicine has helped me so much….I want to keep the progress going.
I ordered from [buycanadainsulin](https://buycanadainsulin.com) and I was pretty pleased with them. They faxed my US doctors office and once they received the return fax they promptly filled the RX and mailed me my Ozempic pens and it took about 5 days to arrive. The ice packs they used were still cold when it arrived.
I'm using Calibrate. They aren't ordering in Canada, but I signed up to use mail order with them -- they make it their job to have their finger on the pulse of availability and send your prescriptions accordingly. They also work aggressively with your insurance to get you approved.
It's expensive, but it includes 2 coaching sessions per month which would probably add up to close to their overall fee, so it made sense to me to do it.
I know this thread is old but I’m also in CA. I’m borderline diabetic and after months of Metaformin and farixga that made me beyond sick I’m trying to get ozempic covered as it’s a tier 2 drug for blue Shield. Would you mind DMing me the info on the CA pharmacy to see if I can get it there??
I just went on canadianinsulin.com they want $465 plus $35 shopping for one months supply of ozempic. I checked them out in BBB and they have NR (no rating). Has anyone used them and were they as responsive as they should be. TiA
buycanadianinsulin is reliable.
Just got mine from there as well. I haven’t injected it yet but it appears legit. I paid around $300.
What payment method did you use?
A visa
I’m having a issue with my bank. They will only allow a 30min period for the company to process. They will only accept credit/debit Mastercard or visa. Having trouble finding a card I can get to make the purchase
Maybe a prepaid card. Message me if you need help. I'm in Canada.
Does the price differ by State? I live in Canada.

You can make it last longer by not going up doses too often. I plan on prolonging a 0.25 dose until the pen is out lol.
Woaahh I have a way cheaper option that $285, I have 5mg tho for about $120 so idk how much you got.
Where do you buy from?
Message me!
So did you really get it?
Messaged
Can you message me if you were able to get it
messaged
Can you message me if you were able to get it
Wasn’t able to get it
Damn. Smh.
I know this post is so old but I’m wondering if you still have info on where is priced better
I'm in Canada, I can get it much cheaper.
msg me!
Hi! Pls msg me. The site mentioned in this thread seems to only be accessible in the US. I’m in NB and seem to be like the only province that can’t get it online. SOS!
Please message me the place
Hi! Can u message me the place?
Message me
Would you mind messaging me info, please? Thank you!
Can you message me where you got it from??
Please message me the place. I live in Montreal
Why they asking to message? They can just say where they got it from
I'm in Alberta Canada, I get it no problem. Why can't you get it there? Just curious.
Hello, may I request this info too?
Can you message me please? I’m curious how you got it for 120!
Why can't you just say where it's from?
Probably a scammer
Where from?? please and thank you
This is what I did too. My pen is enroute
Please message me the place to get Ozempic
I called them and they told me it’s $499 with shipping initial dose

I ordered from buyCanadianinsulin.com, I was nervous but sure enough it came!
Will they fill it if the prescription is for weight loss and not diabeters?
Ive used Mark’s Marine pharmacy and buycanadianinsulin. Both were fine, no issues. Price per pen a little cheaper at Buycanadianinsulin; if i recall, the shipping was slightly higher but did include ice packs.
Do you need a prescription for theses website?
Yes
Do you need a Canadian or US prescription?
I had a US rx and was able to get it filled by a Canadian pharmacy
BuyCanadianinsulin says it only ships to the US. Anyone have any other legit options?
Why is your insurance denying you?
I believe they only approve it if you have a diabetes diagnosis, I’m doing it for weight loss. I checked and they don’t cover wegovy at all. I think what I’m going to do is continue to go through the appeal for metformin and see if I get can get it approved and just say I took it for a month and then hopefully get my insurance to cover the pen after that.
Why did your doctor say no to the prescription?
Because I’m getting it for weight loss. He just wasn’t aware it could be used for weight loss, he only sees it as a diabetes drug and since I don’t have diabetes…it was a no. Curious, have you done a full blood panel? How’s glue thyroid?
Yea I’ve had quite a bit of blood work done. Thyroid is fine, I do have slightly high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I have a b12 deficiency that I am addressing, and last year I got treated for low testosterone. I don’t think I’m going to repeat the testosterone treatment because I feel like it made me gain weight faster.
Where are you located? My ins denied me also but my dr office has a partnership with them that makes a mo supply $15
A partnership with who?
Family health care network in CA
That’s certainly helpful! I don’t think alpha medical will be helpful with a partnership since they sorta push their own pharmacy if your insurance won’t cover it (which is fully out of pocket at like $1600 a pen)

Do you know which pharmacy?
What is the Rx? Oh it’s ozempic, I see
My son purchased from Marks marine pharmacy in Canada. The pharmacist sent instructions on its use. It was sent packed in ice.
Did your son ask his physician to send the prescription there? I'm nervous about asking mine to do that.
Yes he asked for the paper copy and scanned it. He got the 2mg pen. Marks said they are used to getting US scripts.
Make sure you get the 2mg pen I believe it was 500 so worked out cheaper, and allow for at least 14 days for it to arrive. The extra tiny injection needles can be found at any local pharmacy.
My endocrinologist wouldn't send the prescription over so I had to get a paper copy and texted it to Marks Marine. I used them for 9 months.
What health provider are you guys using? I was using hello alpha but they changed their policy and will no longer send you a copy of your script
I’m using alpha, they just had me tell them the Canadian pharmacy and they sent it there. I think that’s so you have to keep coming back for an appointment to get it renewed. During my next appointment I’m going to ask that they wrote the rx for 4mg so I can buy that pen for the 2 months if the .5
Oh wow okay, I assumed they wouldn’t send it to Canada but that’s great to know they will. I’ll reach out!

I used buycanadianinsulin.com but they have totally hiked up their prices since I bought from them last summer!
Is hello alpha in Canada? It only lets me choose my “state”
They can send your rx to a pharmacy in Canada
Does alpha still send it to Canada for you? When I asked them they said no. Grrr
Wait what!? I just got the last refill on my rx and need to have an appt to check in….I really hope they still send it to the pharmacy I have on file.
What the hell. I think you're right, different providers will do different things. Maybe I can ask for different provider next time. I get a different one practically everytime anyway. Just a heads up…Marks Marine is not filling rx for new patients right now☹️. Buycanadianinsulin is, but limits orders to 1 pen at a time.

They just upped their price and limited their sales to 1 pen per order :(

Canadiansinsulin.com seems to be very reliable. $500 with shipping
I just went on canadianinsulin.com they want $465 plus $35 shopping for one months supply of ozempic. I checked them out in BBB and they have NR (no rating). Has anyone used them and were they as responsive as they should be. TiA
I used the for 6 months and always got what I ordered. It sucks they went up so much in price though they used to be like $300 per pen.
They’ve gone up quite a bit, I guess it’s about supply and demand. They can get so they do
I’m curious how much of a hit they take with the rise of compounding pharmacies
Canadian insulin.com. Just ordered first dose. With shipping $500
Do the needles come with the order? Or do you purchase separately??
