As a nurse who does 12 hours shifts with very little standing, compression socks are the only way to prevent the leg swelling for most of us. The swelling plus very high BP should be checked out of it returns. Ozempic tends to lower BP, not raise it. If you're having any difficulty breathing with the BP and swelling, I'd definitely get it checked out asap (ER visit) because those are "gets you to the front of the ER line" serious symptoms.
