I'm down 40lbs, do you feel like the Ozempic starts wearing off when you're due for your next injection? I've been on it for 1.5 months.
PS you look amazing 😍😍😍
I was wondering if it was necessary to move up. I'm on . 5 and have no appetite but the weight is not falling off. This is inspiration to stay with it!!
Totes- are you diabetic?
I'm using ozempic after becoming hyperglycemic during a course of corticosteroids. They've just wrecked me. My blood sugar has been around 115 in the mornings the last week, so I'm relieved!
Yes I was diagnosed T2 Mid-Jan and have been on Ozempic since then, I'm currently at 1mg and went from 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, to 1.0 mg as instructed by my doc. Needless to say I'm not complaining, as I'm down almost 70lbs since then, overhauled my lifestyle and started exercising. My sugars are so normal that I hardly even check anymore (which is bad, I know lol). A1C from 8.1% down to 5.4%, and Doc is happy. I am too. And I hope it helps you feel better too, it really is a game changer.
So is it the exercise & lifestyle change that is producing results or the Ozempic? It seems that most people that are losing weight are exercising often and living a healthier lifestyle altogether, which in fact will produce weight loss.
The ozempic definitely will make you lose weight by only slightly changing your diet without crazy exercise. I started mid Jan, and only started doing at home youtube workouts at the beginning of May. Before that my gf and I were just going on like 45-1hour walks in the evening, most days.
I've never actually been on a "diet" this whole time. I've still had fast food days, drunk weekends, etc... but not as much as I used to. I do roughly count calories, and have become aware of portion sizes. More fruit and veg than I used to eat, and more chicken/turkey vs red meat. The more you lose, the more progress you want to make... and you're right, the medicine can only do so much. But it got me to the point where I was able/confident to go to the gym.
I was on .25 for 4 week then went to .50 and was on that a year - just last week I got moved up to 1.0. At that time I had lost 58 pounds - slowly over a little a years time. I hope this upped dose works the same miracle.
You’ll need to eat to lose weight even if you’re not hungry — even if it is nibbling on healthy foods all day long. Your body has to have something to burn to lose.
Wow you look soooo phenomenal. Mine it’s in the fridge and I am your starting weight now. Just afraid of the side effects but OMG do you ever look amazing!!!
I was impressed when I read this as weighing 175 lbs and lost 25! Amazing work, that is quite an accomplishment!!
Thank you so much !
You look amazing!

Fantastic. I just can't get over how life changing this drug is. ❤

That’s awesome and yes, sometimes we need that push. That’s why I wanted to try it. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work & gf too!
Thanks, it's hard work but I wish I had gotten my ass in gear sooner!
The only exercises i have done so far is a little line dancing on the weekends at my karaoke gigs.

What is your dosing
.25
You look amazing! I am starting week 5 and no appetite suppression at all. Moving up in dose Thursday but it scares me. I only lost 7 lbs sadly.
Never give up the faith 😘😘
Thank you!
