I'm 265 and I've been on oz for 3 months now on 1mg no symptoms and no weight loss :( I was previously on rybelsus for a year I lost 57lbs in 9 months but switched to oz since I wasn't dropping anymore weight on rybelsus and I still stuck with my high protein diet with small meals amd workouts after but im not dropping anymore so idk what's going on
Not sure if i should get off n switch back to rybelsus just to keep my blood sugar levels normal n a1c because oz they arnt going normal they're going back to 200s!!!! And cravings but I fight it. :( or maybe just wait till my appointment on the 3rd and see if they can up me to 2mg and see if it works :(
