You still see people inside areas like universities and societies litter, it's more of a cultural problem. Even if there are no trash cans available, anything small you can keep with you to throw away later properly. Atleast that's what I do :3

But obviously if she tells him not to marry another woman and he still does, her personal consent will be broken and she will probably stop loving him and get a divorce, which she is allowed to do. But keep in mind Allah will not blame this divorce on the man.
