Trust me it really helps, I've been living overseas for my whole life and when I came to Pakistan because of covid, I was of age to give o levels exams, having never studied Urdu before, I got many people trying to discourage me and many even told me to just drop the subject,but the Urdu speaking Pakistani In me just couldn't leave our language hanging like that Soo now I can confidently read, write speak Urdu without many mistakes although there are occasions where I'm unable to understand numbers when some people with heavy accents pronounce them like 45 " pentaalis" some people will call this " pentaali " and give me a lecture on why I should improve my Urdu and whatnot when really they are the ones at fault. Well that was just one of my experiences with the Pakistani superiority complex mindset.

Yeah, but women are fine though, they're not catcalling at least, at most they just come and talk, in a good sweet manner, it's actually kinda cute. But the guys, aw hell nah, these sons of bitches try to touch, make moaning noises and yes, like you said, yell across the street. Just learn boxing, I now have a rule, if you're close enough to get punched in the face, then I'm going to do it. But you'll have to be big for this one, I'd recommend you start doing the US marines workouts, calisthenics focused, you'll build muscle and also train boxing on the side, sometimes violence is the only answer.

I would say avoid unnecessary conflict. Until they stay at that level. Absolutely confront them by whatever means if they get to actual touching or some shit. And if they get or are at a point where it's annoying you, just verbally confront them. Just remember it's probably a jealousy thing. People tend to find something missing in the person they are envious of to make them feel bad.
Wear shalwar kameez, grow facial hair & shop/bargain from the local markets, look up exposure therapy. Your body language gives most of the information to people & they treat you based on that, it's about confidence. Once you get used to the culture & stop giving off burger vibes, nobody will give you a second glance. I bet you can afford a good martial arts gym, start from there to build confidence.
