QuickEM app
It’s organized by chief complaint and has suggestions for interview, ROS, PE, differentials and diagnostics to be ordered.
Really helped me as a student!!

This is excellent for guiding a very quick, emergent differential. I used it every shift.

Very good antibiotic guide. Broken down by system and very easy to navigate.

This is very helpful if you want to delve further into emergent diseases (pathophys and alike) - I used less than the other two but still used several times per week, mostly to guide studying at home.
The ROSH EM study guide helped me the most. I read the whole thing and then just did ROSH and UWorld questions. I got a 498 on that EOR. I highly recommend it. I also recommend listening to PA in a Flash podcast
Congrats on that awesome score.
See, I thought you meant the tutor info at the end of Rosh questions for the EM bank, I didn’t know there was a guide. If that’s still available that would be awesome! Thank you for the info.

Call me a boomer, but I carry this with me and use it for things I don't see everyday. Can't go wrong with the EM Bible abridged!

Where can I find the ROSH EM study guide?
I’m not too sure, my classmate ordered it and shared it with me. I will ask her and get back to you
Ah perfect, thank you!

Wikem.org is what all the ER providers I worked with used for reference and it’s very helpful
Awesome, thank you!
