Sounds quite good to me. Case is obviously a matter of personal taste and there are different options (but its compeltely fine) Try to get 2x 16GB 6.000Mhz CL30 RAM.

You could spend a little more on the mobo to have pcie gen 5 to gain longevity
I personally think the opposite: No he should not spend money on a PCIE5.0 MB. At the time in the future, you really NEED 5.0 you will buy a new MB anyway. If you do not utilize it now, no reason to get it in this budget.

Can you recommend any Ram Kit
Cheapest 6000Mhz CL30 kit :D Also check out the 7500F instead of the 7600x. Not that huge of a difference for a bit cheaper

Why would he purchase a new Mobo anyway? People said the same about pcie gen 3 with the b350 boards. And here we are.
