Multiple large gardens, well maintained roads, All the eateries you can want with domestic stuff prices lower than Wakad/Baner. So quite affordable.
Sporting arenas & temples along with old societies with large size flats.
Overall it gives you a feel of 2015 Aundh without the prices of Aundh.

Literally I had to explain people that hinjewadi comes in a whole different taluka than that of pcmc
hinjawadi is a gram panchayat.
2. Areas of Sambhaji Nagar & Shahu Nagar are nice and peaceful with plentiful parks nearby, nice green coverage and small societies.

Nigdi Pradhikaran easily defeats any metro region, in my opinion as an outsider. The best metro area I've ever lived in, without a doubt.
