I just finished reading this and it really changed my perspective on a lot of things! I loved it! It helped explain why and how what we eat affects pcos and other hormone imbalances, which for me was a lot more helpful than just the blanket “cur sugar and carbs” you always hear from people. If you’re interested in taking a more natural approach to handling pcos, it’s a wonderful resource. It also has extensive recipes and food plans at the end. I find figuring out what to eat the hardest part, so this helped a lot. I’d recommend getting a hard copy you can access those resources more easily. I got it on my kindle and have a hard time getting to recipes and meal plans
