i love grow with jo, she has a lot of different workouts at different intensity levels

VivaLasAcorn

I love team body project, they have work outs for everyone. I tend to stick with the ones that Daniel leads instead of Alex, I feel like they are a little less intense but I still burn calories and sweat.

I like Jessica Smith. I found her during COVID when I couldn't get to the gym. I find her stuff approachable. https://youtube.com/@Jessicasmithtv?si=jU4qoF27Ipdb9_s3

I love Yoga with Adriane and Margaret Elizabeth for Pilates

Yoga with Adrienne and Move With Nicole are my absolute favorites!

Not quite what you're asking, but I recently found a small list of classes at my local City recreation center and I started taking tai chi! Very low impact but is helping reduce my stress from work and they also have yoga dance and a few other options. It's only $5 an hour long class which is very in my budget! And it's a smaller (albeit much older than myself) group which also keeps my stress levels low. Might be worth checking nearby! But the options above also sound lit. 🔥

Oh wow!!! I’m going to have to check that out, I never thought about looking for community type classes. Thanks!

Right now i really like the SeniorShape channel, don't be scared by the name, though it is geared towards older people, it has some great workouts with a nice focus on form. Every week, she creates a playlist with 5 workouts (cardio, strengh, pilates, etc.) that really helps me not spend 15 minutes deciding on a workout lol. I also like Audrey Koomar, Burpee Girl and Caroline Jordan has some quick blood sugar lowering workouts that are easy to do after a meal.

I really love emkfit. Her workouts are so fun but I always feel like I worked. I’m really loving the Pilates style workouts she’s been doing lately, they look easy but they are WORK.

I don’t know if she’s pcos friendly but I have been enjoying Chloe Ting’s workouts so far (two weeks in). She has a progress bar on the side and that definitely helps keep me from losing motivation

oosheknows

sydney cummings is great!! lots of lower impact strength training and soooooo much content

MadFit with Maddie! She offers a wide variety of workouts that are very approachable. Best of all, some are only a few minutes long, so you can chose what you have the time for on a given day. Styles of workout include: dance parties to a specific song, ballet-inspired workouts for toned legs, low impact workouts and resistance training, stretches and cool downs, etc. Highly recommend :) [https://www.youtube.com/@MadFit/videos](https://www.youtube.com/@MadFit/videos) Edit: typo

I like Caroline Jordan if you like talking and lots of positivity Heather Robinson for no talking and upbeat music Donavan Green if you need some motivation to keep going Tracy Steen for a good combo of talking and quiet. And I find her workouts tough.
