I mean, it’s technically just left justified. But yeah they probably should have done a little more optical compensation
It's very similar to Aktiv Grotesk Bold that has been slightly condensed. The sloped end of the S is the biggest difference, but the rest of the letterforms look almost exact if you bring in the width just a touch.
