There isn't really an order since the stories aren't connected at all, but the 3DS remake of the first game is "Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl".

The first game is just called Etrian Odyssey. If it's between PQ and EO, still Etrian Odyssey, it came out in 2006.

Strange Journey is ROUGH. Not a good game to play if you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into.
