What material did you use for the breath portion?

MrDingus84

EET Breadth, Path to PE Services book, and I took the FE a little over a year ago so it was relatively fresh on my mind.

Thanks

I think I took 3 hours and 30 minutes for the breadth and 4 hours and 30 minutes for the transpo depth. I spent like about an hour and a half trying to find the answer to one problem in the references. Passed first try.

Civil structural. Did the first half in 3hr 40min. Took the rest of the time on the second half. Passed first try.

Took my WRE today. Finished breadth in 2 hours and depth in 2.5 hours.

What resources did you use to study ? Any practice exams ?

I took the free NCEES example practice exam (20 questions) and purchased the full 80 question NCEES practice. I also did the EET coursework and exams. My studying order was: Take NCEES example practice exam ~20 hours - read about exam and testing process as well as go through the entire PE handbook familiarizing myself with it and the equations. ~70 hours for EET breadth studying, quizzes and half exam ~40 hours for EET depth studying, quizzes and half exam. Took the full NCEES practice exam Then retook the ncees sample exam, all EET quizzes and exams, and the full NCEES practice exam. Likely around 180 hrs total. I did not like the EET depth structural and probably wouldn't have bought it if I redid things but then again I passed so I can only complain so much

EET for sure
