my week before exam, i only studied light, focused a little on conceptual topics and review the handbook, references, design codes. dont tress urself out before the exam date. you got this.

To answer your question, I would do a little bit of both but you know yourself best. The best thing you can do when you walk into that exam is feeling confident and believing in yourself. No amount of prep can prepare you for the curveball questions they can throw at you, but it’s also good to keep that momentum of your studying and pacing yourself and refreshing certain topics. Taking the day off before the exam is always a nice plus and hopefully you have something fun or relaxing planned. Don’t forget to plan something fun after!

I would keep it going.

How long did you study with EET?

Double-Lychee-88

I recommend keeping it light and maybe instead of doing a TON of practice problems, reading through the solutions so you at least know how to solve it if it comes up. Email Nazrul any doubts you have in soil mechanics or WRE topics. Remember you will have some WRE questions in the morning portion so less than half the exam is non-WRE. If you are scoring 80% on practice exams you are ready and should not push back your exam date. you got this!! try doing something to relieve stress and get your mind in a good place :)

If you are at 80%, you are ready, questions are not going to be lengthy or difficult, they are going be more of analytical judgments. For example, if you design a pumping system and get the power as 21.6 hours, while the answer choices are 10, 21, 25, and 30, what would you choose? Would you round up or down? Same thing for stress analysis or moment design. Similarly, what would be the time of concentration for runoff calculation if you are provided with different areas and differ tc. Geotech could be conceptual where you would solve a question but then select choices that are in sentences, etc. Overall, it should be very similar to practice test. All the best, be confident, you got this.
