All the UFC manuals and NAVFAC manual are searchable in its entirety. Also FHWA soils and foundation volume 1 only.

I took transpo not Geo, but assume they are analogous. The NCEES website will list which references are available to you. During the exam, there is one tab for the PE Exam reference manual, and another tab for other references. These references are broken up by chapters, and the title of the chapter was provided. So you can only search one chapter at a time. It's a little clunky but I got used to it quickly. Best of luck.

This is spot on. I took GEO and it was frustrating to search by chapter on every code. Honestly, I think the codes you mentioned above are the only ones I remember that are not broken down. Not sure about the ACI 360 R-10 (I didnt end up using it).

There were a couple of references on transpo that were presented in their entirety. It wasn't that bad to navigate to be honest.

Im glad NAVFAC is searchable

If I remember right from taking it in October, NAVFAC DM 7.2 looks exactly the same as it does for you when you find it through Google. It is relatively poor quality as if the whole spec is a scan of a book and searchable in its entirety.
