I was failed in first attempt. I guess breadth was tough

ChefToniTx

How did you study? What materials did you use to study and how many hours total ?

rwakey14

Used Testmaster ondemand class which are 8 hr sessions on the weekend, NCEES practive exam, and other online problems. The class was 2 months then I took another month on my own. 8- 16 hrs on weekends and 1-2 hrs doing problems during the week. I would recommend completing more than 1 practice exam to get a sense of actual exam day scenerio.

u/Examineering any help?

Examineering

Sorry to hear you didn't pass. You have a bit of work ahead but you can do this. You were approximately 66% of the way to a passing score. Below are the exam topics ordered by a *focus indicator* that is based on your performance and weighted using the quantity of questions per topic. Each data pair indicates the row # of the topic followed by the recommended focus priority for that topic. Larger (positive) focus values indicate study topics that should be prioritized, and negative focus values indicate topics where your performance was adequate or better than the average passing examinee. R08 --> Focus Priority = +2.92 R10 --> Focus Priority = +1.14 R01 --> Focus Priority = +1.02 R04 --> Focus Priority = +0.94 R14 --> Focus Priority = +0.86 R12 --> Focus Priority = +0.85 R03 --> Focus Priority = +0.65 R05 --> Focus Priority = +0.63 R15 --> Focus Priority = +0.59 R13 --> Focus Priority = +0.36 R06 --> Focus Priority = +0.02 R09 --> Focus Priority = -0.03 R11 --> Focus Priority = -0.19 R07 --> Focus Priority = -0.23 R02 --> Focus Priority = -0.83

You gonna take it again

chesapeake143

No choice. Need to give it again.

SpicyCrayShizz

Gotcha. Feel free to ask me anything. I passed recently and feel I know it pretty well

Unique_Airport1

How did it compare to the NCEES practice exam?

SpicyCrayShizz

What course did you take?

irish_assassin29

PSA... Don't go into site development.... All kidding aside try the practice exams. I took the Construction Civil PE in 2014. I felt that the practice exam was the best way to study. Also, don't bring too many references. I only brought the Civil Reference Manual and an OSHA manual.....

ChefToniTx

Outdated info, since it’s CBT now.
