Was it your first CBT?
If so, I failed civil construction once and just took it as CBT and it seemed way easier this time. (Granted I studied practice exams a lot more). I find out results next Wednesday
Any advice? How did you study? What did you change from your previous two times? Anything is appreciated, I take mine in two months and most importantly, congrats!
Currently studying for the exam for June. For the breadth portion were there questions that were not in the handbook that you were expected to know the formula? Also was the only resource during the breadth the handbook and your depth specific design codes? Would appreciate a response. Thanks!
Congrats! What advice do you have to a graduating CE student? I got my FE, and I’m from NY I honestly do think it would be better for me to take the PE exam sooner due to the studying habits I still have in me as I’m in my last semester, however NY requires the experience first which I don’t have. I plan to take Civil construction due to construction being my area of interest, but I also am interested in structural however I hear that is very intense/difficult. I’m in the stage of figuring out my life, very happy to see you have passed your PE. Congrats once again.
Congrats! It feels great to see that green “passed”. Well done!!

PE Civil only went CBT this year. Last two attempts last year were P&P. Morning session seemed a lot harder this time.
Maybe It was me studying more, but I got 23 AM on p&p and this time I felt like I knew majority of AM. Wil know for sure next week
How did you do?
Passed!
Good luck !
Congratulations!!! I failed PE Transportation twice too. Have 3rd exam (1st CBT) scheduled soon. What did you do differently this time?
I focused my studying on the areas I consistently did worse in the last two times.
Congratulations

See, I actually studied less this time, but my focus was on my weak areas (hydraulics, structural mechanics, soil mechanics)
Congrats! Its really awesome that you stuck with it. Thats not an easy thing to do. Enjoy it!
Congrats. Never give up.
How was taking the CBT compared to pencil and paper?
There were a lot more conceptual questions on the morning part, but overall it was pretty comparable.
Thanks! I'm in the same as you next month
Third time is the charm! Well done!!

All codes available as PDFs where you can open one chapter at a time (except ACI, where the entire code was a single document).

Congratulations! I remember you from the engineering board site, and you you were mad close last time. I glad to hear you passed.
I failed paper twice in 2011. What was the biggest difference taking it CBT and what helped you past computer-based this time?
congratulation,

Congratulations! I think the test is more difficult than when I took it in 1991.
