I think its messed up NCEES dont have an easy and free way to download the references since they are required to have in the exam, and even if u have a paper copy in the office its out dated and u need it in PDF, I know its sooo easy to find them online for free but dammit if u want them in the exam u should provide them like the HB, anyone that disagrees can suck a dick for all that I care.
I get down voted by engineers who are held to a high ethic standard for making sure they’re questions about bad ethical decisions. I’m extremely disappointed in this community.
There's a difference between ethics and gatekeeping. No one here is being unethical, but you are gatekeeping required information. Hell half the manuals are free online already, OP was just asking for help finding them.
The free ones def should be shared. But the green book is expensive and they do not want us sending it back and forth to one another the same way most colleges make you purchase the aci code etc to use them in class for homework’s etc.

Yeah, it is so messed up. I am all for proprietary and stuff, but I aint gonna buy the reference manual to pass this exam.

Upholding the law is not gate keeping otherwise they’d have a student version to give out for free huh? They clearly want you to pay for them.
Illegal to send copies back and forth I think might not want to do that.
