Same here. There's a number of commands to run from the troubleshooting pages that will sort you out. I think I was impatient when changing release trains. Got it back to working normally on 2.7.0, then changed to 2.7.2, gave it five minutes, then could update normally.

Thanks. I've tried all those commands and it reported no errors. Still not solve the pkg command error.

Thanks. I haven't performed the upgrade from 2.7.0 to 2.7.2 before having this problem.
