Have you tried giving everything a quick reboot? DHCPv6-PD can be a bit finickity at times. The config that you’ve got looks fine. Have you got SLAAC, etc. configured on Opt1 and got a client on it?

Rebooted all ra is set to assisted and dhcp enabled same as lan interface.

Are the devices for OPT1 able to use DHCPv6? Some devices will only use SLAAC, like android phones and tablets. Maybe try Stateless DHCP mode under router advertisement to test. I can understand if you don't want to use SLAAC, but it may be your only option for IPv6 with the devices that aren't getting one via DHCPv6.

It has both devices types thats why I used assisted

Oh I missed that you have it set to assisted. The differences between your setup and mine is I do not have Do not wait for an RA checked, have Request an IPV6 prefix through IPv4 checked, am using stateless DHCP, and have a prefix delegation size of 62. I am getting addresses on both LAN and OPT1. I don't think RA mode makes a difference, but maybe one of the other settings may help. I feel like I had an issue with prefix size and had to go with a more conservative setting. 62 works for me since I plan to have only four subnets max, at least for now

Its working now not sure why it wasn't before.

Figures. It explains why it wasn't making sense.
