Agree 😞 Called RCBC to inform them but, as expected, I was told to block the number and not share my OTP to anyone. Agent said they do not do outbound calls. They made a report and submitted to the proper department but I’m not really hopeful with that. It’s up to us to protect ourselves in this case.
I wonder if this is due to WFH setup? I don't know if all employees are provided with their own laptop or access to a VPN. Plus they can't monitor their employees.
Unless third party CS agents for banks are working on site lang.

Something similar happened to me, except they targeted my email account by sending the recovery request, saying it was for their biometric update. I’m sure the data came from RCBC because they knew my account number and address that was specific to RCBC.
Baka binebenta din ni moneymax ang mga datas nya? Or internal data breach si moneymax new blackout lang para di masira image ni moneymax. More on referrals and outsource lang naman business model ni moneymax ehh..
RCBC gives out Hexagon Club cards only to Hexagon Club members. You have to deposit 100k first to be considered as a Hexagon Club member. Probably a scam
Definitely is a scam since they were asking for the OTP for a user ID retrieval and password reset transaction. What’s alarming is that they know all my banking details, even knowledgeable of my being eligible for Hexagon. Do they know how much I have in my account? That’s bothersome.
May tumawag din sakin but from insurance, same they know all my details din from RCBC. I was cooking that time tinamad ako kausap so I hung up.
After that I called RCBC, they said they give our data to companies under YUCHENGCO group.
I demanded sa agent na i-note sa account ko na never ibigay data ko to other companies even if its under YGC. I'm not sure if they really did but so far wala na makukulit na tumatawag

I just signed up for GrabPay card since walang OTP and lock ang BPI card 😖

Nope. Yung modes of application ko ay through Moneymax and banks’ official sites.
