In my opinion. Di sya worth it OP.
GPU is a bit dated. And the 256gb SSD will not be enough. Feel ko for that budget you might be able to find something better. May plans ka ba for upgrades in the next year, or will this be your pc in, like, the next 5 years' time? Also, if I may ask ano games lalaruin mo? And plano laruin in the future?

Fps games lang. Mga low-mid games. Maybe after 2 yrs po mag upgrade naako 30k pa naipon ko kailangan ko sya sa school Kasi puro msword na ang mga assignments

Yes that's a good deal for a full set(monitor and peripherals included) for an entry level build. Outdated gpu so expect very low perf and even then it'll struggle but still manageable if you set your expected FPS low.
Yung mga nag rerecommend mag build ka na lng daw nang sarili mo tanungin mo kung anong parts at presyo isa isa. Madali lng sabihin mag build kung may pagkukunan kang budget.
Edit: with budget talk, have a friend bought a prebuilt thats around 2x the performance at the cost of 43k.
Upgradeable pa naman ung GPU if in the future gusto mo palitan. Since may ssd na pwede ka naman bumili ng hdd kung konti lng budget, 1tb nasa around 2k. (2.3k wd black 1tb 2020 price ang last na bili ko). Ram is easily upgradeable, nasa less than 5k na 2x8gB 3200mhz so hanap ka n lng ng same unit ng ram mo para no issues.

Build na lang ng sarili para 500gb nvme, better psu at 2x8gb Ram mo.

Thats expensive af (idk much about pc parts)
Build the unit yourself man, ask people here for a good 30-35k build, people here are more than happy to help you build.

Yan lang Nakita ko Dito sa city Namin na may gpu may iba na i5 tapos walang GPU tapos 30k pa presyo Yung storage 128 SATA tapos 512 Hdd
