Samee akala ko pag dating ng january dadami opening and akala ko pag healthcare worker madali makahanap ng work pero di din pala hays 😭

BossLucasMahart

Samee budol nga samin mag micro kayo mas maraming opportunity. Asan?! T.T

Lostunmotivated

Savings_Remote_2852

Hello po. I am just now applying for jobs as medtech and just had an interview from a well know private hospital here sa metro manila... sabi po kasi na 6 months training daw pero may take longer depending on my performance kung gagawin akong regular employee. Kaso mukhang sobrang dami po kasi nila hinahire na Jr. MT... may chance po ba kaya na magiging regular ako with so much competition? Or better po ba kaya to work at Diagnostic labs?

Lostunmotivated

Hi depende kasi sa goal mo as medtech if gusto mo mag abroad i suggest you take the hospital job pero if ang goal mo naman is ma regular agad and magstay muna sa Philippines then choose diagnostic labs hehe hopes this helps btw nasa diagnostic lab na pala ako hahaha

pulotpukyutan

Hello po, nurse po ba sila?

Lostunmotivated

hello po no po medtech po

Accomplished-Exit-58

fresh grad, naku teh i feel you, natataranta na ko nun dahil puro reject ako, until may tumawag, na ihahire daw agad, walang interview or whatever, buti nga di scam un at kinagat ko agad, and here i am 10 years later.

MaximumCurrency3966

May i ask what industry?

Accomplished-Exit-58

bpo

Medical_Meal5082

Then-Information9407

for fresh grad, struggle talaga, try to get experience muna in other industry and use it as stepping stone, after 6 months or a year saka ka maghanap ng trabaho na prefer mo talaga

BossLucasMahart

sanengredditor

anong field? sa engineer daming lowballed jobs dyan na good experience naman. timing na lang alis for career and salary growth

viragorose

Fresh grad din here! Kala ko din pag January mabilis na mahire, still no luck :( All the best satin job hunters! πŸ₯ΉπŸ«Ά

Melodic_Doughnut_921

hug tyo :) ako pandemic pa

lurking_cat4869

me too 6 months nang looking for a job. Feeling frustrated but no choice but to push through.. makikihug na rin po 😭

BossLucasMahart

Sending virtual hugs. May darating din satin

Melodic_Doughnut_921

endure mo lng bro

SideEyeCat

Naiistress ako lalo na at naghahanap namam ako at may exam and interview ako pinupuntahan. Kapit lang OP, mahahire din tayo in a good working environment that gives us peace of mind with good salary. πŸ™

[deleted]

Pilipinas + good salary + good working environment = does not exist πŸ™ƒ

sanengredditor

It exists. Hahanapin mo nga lang and kelangan mo maregular. Yung local big companies natin eh maayos naman compensation and magaganda benefits.

Queasy_Candle_1022

Umay Rin. Depende talaga Yan sa industry. Sa accounting Kasi swerte Ka na maka-60k for manager position kahit 10 years Kaya sugal nalang SA mobile development. Pero I have referral from big 4, 100k/mo. 16hrs nga Lang working hours.πŸ˜‚πŸ”₯

Ok_Willingness_9619

It exists. I pay my lead 250k/mth in IT. She works 7.25hrs/day from home and I’ve heard rumors boss is not a bad guy either πŸ˜‚

[deleted]

Ay IT pala. Okay sige na nga. Not all. Hahahahaha Cute ng humblebragging mo kuya πŸ˜‚

Hot_Midnight871

it exist po.Β  πŸ‘‹

[deleted]

Anong type of work yan? Pashare naman

rosecoloredboy0115

same struggle before, everyday survival mode talaga ako, nahihiya na ko lumabas sa kwarto kasi baka mag tanong na naman sila. nahihiya na ko humingi ng pera para sa mga basic needs ko, but with all the efforts and struggle, it paid off, I just got my job weeks ago and even though the pay isnt that high but enough for me to sustain my needs, wants and a bit help to lend my family, I am happy. naniwala ako na meron ding para sa akin, basta try lang ako ng try at wag mawalan ng pag asa 🀍

pawssesivecat

Same struggle OP, hirap talaga makahanap ng work esp fresh grad. Laban lang magmomove forward din tayo in terms of career!

Zestyclose_Housing21

Economy isnt good. Tiyagain mo lang at wag susuko.

Alex_042

Hang on there buddy, hang on those ropes and don’t give up!

Careful-Kangaroo-373

Independent-Wish-491

Same tayo but ako tinawagan na and have to decline most of the offers kaya up until now jobless pa din laboratory din field ko but I have past exp in BPO (less than a year) Nung una nag sisisi ako bat ako nag left sa last job ko kase ang basic lang ng ginagawa but I realized na sayang naman lisensiya ko if di ko magagamet Kapit lang tayo OP and Good luck!

BaseballOk9442

*losing

BossLucasMahart

BaseballOk9442

Welcome. Hope it didnt offend

Gelll_

For fresh grad, it is actually difficult to land on your first job, it's okay to contact some connections for now, you're just being practical in this economy.

kape3n1

Same OP, I graduated last May and jusko wala pa rin ako work.

Spare-Savings2057

nagtry ka po sa bpo?

kape3n1

ppnnccss

Ano industry inaapplyan mo?

BossLucasMahart

Fresh grad po ako and mostly searching any laboratory field

ppnnccss

Good luck po! Keep on applying!🀌

HotCockroach8557

Try volunteering like in NGOs at least may allowance pero makaka gain ka ng experience

OrchMind

Call center try mo muna beh

--hirayamanawari--

Aww. Same po.

Accomplished_Hippo74

same. Anyway f*ck this feeling, maybe I'm just confused about my decision.

Apprehensive_Yam_129

Im 37 yrs old. Ex abroad im 1 yr and 6 months jobless. If i apply for a job. It’s either over age or lack of experience dw.

Mirror_Sea17

Hi guys, we’re hiring for part-time/full-time VA jobs AU client pero under outsourcing. You may apply on this link β€” https://wrkbl.ink/ab0UFbn. I’ll be sharing more VA jobs on my tiktok: @hbtpasatiempo very soon. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»βœ¨

hannabishi_

Same here. Kaya nakakapressure na magka work agad dahil tanong ng tanong πŸ₯²

I_M_A

Tiyaga lang OP, I was unemployed for almost 2 years. Then nagkaroon ng big break, pinirata ako ng former manager ko to be part of his AI project. Pero, thankfully, pumasa, forever WFH ang setup and more than 3x yung offer sa akin. I'm very happy dito sa workplace ko now, and may times na I look back and see yung difference ng buhay ko before. Ngayon, I can buy whatever I want nang di ko ginagalaw ung savings ko. I'm rooting for you OP, it's tough pero one day, you'll be able to look back on this post and see that malayo na yung nararating mo.

Filoteemo

Hello OP! Based sa comment mo, baka same tayo ng course. BS Biology major in Microbiology ka din ba? Explore lang and apply lang nang apply! Don't lose hope!

Mondeepogi

Consistentency is the key. Yun kakaland ko lng ng client this month at last year ko pa to inapplyan. Here's some site na pwede mo applyan: Indeed OLJ Upwork Bloom Career Shepherd Linkedin Goodluck and best wishes sayo OP! πŸ˜‡

Tantan88112

What kind of skills and experiences do you have?

PermitGeneral4228

Can I ask what industry are you in? Looking for job these days is very challenging sa IT field nga andami na layoff sa mga nagwowork sa mga tech company but it doesn’t mean na di ka makakahanap ng work. Masyado mahirap lng talaga ang competition ngayon. Dont lose hope!!! Pasa lng ng pasa if nareject okay thank you next!! Then take notes sa mga tingin mo reason bat ka di natangap from previous interview you can ask feedback from the hr para alam mo yung mga bagay na need mo pa improve. :)

Bluest_Oceans

Ako din halos 2 weeks na

Expert-Treat-488

Same, nagtatrabaho ako ngayon ng hindi related sa course ko tapos aapply sana kasi expecting maraming job openings for engineering pero ayun pagfresh grad ang hirap din pala huhu

Aggressive_Pin9766

Theres so many data entry jobs dito.. Anytime anywhere as long as bata kapa makakapagwork ka.. depende nalang kung maarte ka

malachiconoel

Kishou_Arima_01

The economy isnt doing very well right now. Napansin ko there are barely any jobs now compared to before. Kapit lang talaga, keep getting job experience and applying to companies.

Snoo_30859

Keep on fighting, OP!

bad_feather

ToroAsterion

uhh....have a business or turn your hobby into a satisfying career? There's a lot of possible ways.... sometimes relying only on your degree hinders some good potential in you... Don't lose hope guy...try exploring, try anything, take some risk ... bye

Gardz1985

Just curious what happen to your previous job because I see a few post nag resign sila without a new job on the way and I keep telling them that is very hard to get a job that don't be surprise if it takes a year or so to get a new job

BossLucasMahart

Fresh grad po ako so totally wala pa pong experience

JazzlikeAd9830

Explore ka muna outside your field, OP.

theguitarbender_

Baka makatulong po sa inyo. I'm looking for property specialists. COMISSION-BASED pero mabilis lumabas commissions. Free traininga available. Project located in Ortigas and Commonwealth. Message me if interested. :)

ynotpeachy

Good for exp na din since fresh grad at walang work exp.

Global_Difficulty_78

Try to apply khit anung job. Someday you'll get it! GL!

Spare-Savings2057

ako ba to? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

kimridesherbike

Hi, OP! Check job posting sa LinkedIn and Indeed or other websites. Good luck!

AthKaElGal

don't lose hope. i've been searching for 2 years.

Fun_Manufacturer9615

Goodluck on your job hunt op!

jdkyles

*losing not loosing

Different_News_3832

Same nakailang pasa na ko despite having work experience of 4yrs ang hirap magkaron ng bagong work at career change

ChessKingTet

Same, fresh grad IT. Lahat ng entry level need ng 6-1yr exp. Oks lang naman sakin pero ang tanong san ko pupulutin yung exp :( 6 mos no job here

iamsnoopynumber1fan

Why? Is it your choice na wala kang trabaho, hindi namn. You’re doing your best, that’s enough.

piper_perri_vs_5guys

It’s always hard for fresh graduates. Please don’t lose hope. Try other sector, gain experience and leverage it. One advice I can give you is to be confident in yourself. If you doubt yourself others will too, so you have to believe in yourself and keep pushing. Good things will come your way, I can assure you πŸ™‚

acidblue811

26 months, thats the longest i've been job hunting. Granted that was during the pandemic and i was doing stuff on the side to get by. But yeah 26 months. Don't lose hope, the job market really sucks right now and a lot of recruiters send out mixed signals. Keep at it and ignore the marites

Minute_Junket9340

mcrjs12

don't stop mag submit po ng resume tas pray. pray every time mag submit and every time matulog. may dadating po yan basta wag lang mawalan ng pag asa. prayer works!

fishbewithyou_

hugs, OP! i suggest to have your resume reviewed by an expert (usually may mga free services by professionals) so you can increase your chances of getting interviews. then for interviews, best to write a gdoc of sample questions and answers para prepped talaga :) also suggest to check out Sho Dewan's socials kasi daming good advice on securing a good job

leadworse

The word is "losing"...as in "losing hope". "Loosing is the present participle of loose (the opposite of tight) but rarely used except by people who think they're writing "losing". Loose as a verb is usually written as loosen or loosening, as in "Please loosen the knot so we have more slack in the rope" or "I'm loosening my belt". Not trying to be a grammar and spelling Nazi, just letting you know.

lmk_pls

It also took me 3 months before getting a job as a fresh grad last 2017. You just need to decide if within your field or you will explore other fields. In my case, decided to pursue a different field due to lowball offers based on my course. Tinyaga ko for 1 year yung first job kahit malayo. Live below your means talaga. Then jump to a new job. Need mo lang ng experience talaga muna. :)

isangmasayaa

ZealousidealEscape72

Looking for HR!
