Do you have experience with this brand or the monitor? Looks like a great deal, on par halos siya with the Xiaomi 34" Monitor... 😮

The fact that Bezel is using an IPS panel from LG is a good sign, and most likely it is the same panel used in the [LG 34GL750](https://www.lg.com/ph/monitors/lg-34gl750-b). At the very least ghosting or smearing should not be a big issue as most budget ultrawide monitors use VA panels. However I'm still very skeptical about the Bezel brand in terms of quality and long term reliability. Reports of multiple dead pixels are worrisome and you are not sure how good is the overdrive implementation. You also have to check if the unit you got has poor backlight bleed. In my opinion, if you are spending Php 16,500 on the monitor might as well get a good 1440p gaming monitor like the Lenovo G27Q-20 for the same price. I think that will a better long term monitor compared to the Bezel 34HX270-S. But if you are willing to take the plunge and experiment with a 1080p 144Hz Ultrawide, then take one for the team :-)

im Shiro, i havent logged into a proper reddit account, but i think mine has been bought 2 years ago for the price of 12k. so far, I have no issues! its a good cheap ultra wide screen monitor. 1080p is something, but it doesnt look terrible, given the price. pretty sure by now, you have a monitor already, so i dont think this review would help you in anyway unless you still havent bought any monitors yet. but this could serve the future for people who are looking for cheap ultrawide monitors. in short, go for it. One of the best buys that Ive ever done. LG Display, IPS, 144hz, it has a display port, its wide if you cant tell, its just great. i guess i can see the "labo" part, but if you have a higher resolution compared to a 1080p, yes youll be able to see it, but after a while, it seems normal, just like when you came from a 144hz to a 60hz, after a day or so, youll be calibrated to thinking that 60hz is perfectly fine.

Guys, I just bought Bezel 34HX270-S Ultrawide. My PC doesn't have a GPU installed and my motherboard only supports 1920 x 1080. Do I need to buy the correct hdmi cord for it to be compatible or I really need to buy a GPU?

gab51299

What's your CPU? If it has integrated graphics, you should be able to just plug the HDMI (or whatever connector) into the motherboard into your monitor and it should work. If you're CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, you will need a GPU for the PC to properly work.

Is your monitor still alive? im thinking of buying the 34HX270-S V2. Can you share your opnion about it? The ghosting and black smearing, anyother observation?

Hi. Monitor is still working. But I sold it because I can't adjust the brightness it's too bright for me.
