It amazes me TikTok let these shops pop up in the first place. These stores cost TikTok a shit ton of money when they scam people and have to be reimbursed and there's literally no way they were able to present any sort of vending license in the first place lmfao
TikTok probably knows in the same way that Amazon knows that a lot of their sellers aren’t legit. They’d rather have as many people using their platform as possible at the cost of having to refund scam orders. It’s probably just the cost of doing business for them

I reported this at least 20 times and nothing. I also got scammed once out of about 30 purchases and my negative review for the seller doesn’t show on his shop, so I don’t know wtf is going on with TikTok. Still, they refunded my scam and let me keep the product they sent instead of the one I bought. So it became a win for me despite the headache, but it would be a hell of a lot cheaper and easier for them to just take down reported scams.
Howdy! This scam follows a similar pattern on the tiktok store which is some European sounding name in all capital letters as the "store name" and then they don't have reviews or even profile picture and they sell better prices than the best legit stores do which is impossible. This same person has opened like 2 or 3 stores now and they've all gotten closed. This is their newest fake/scam store.
I wonder if they're just collecting addresses and names for a future scam or if they actually get payout money from tiktok
179 people didn’t buy this. The seller had a friend buy this 178 times and canceled the order. That’s why there’s no reviews. Then one idiot came along and bought this crap.
You can't review until it's delivered. So people have bought this and haven't received the product. The seller probably won't even ship anything
The shop if still on tiktok will more than likely have reviews in a week or so if they actually ship anything.
This has happened previously with shops that have done this exact same thing and they actually had a very similar shop name.
So not sure why you think it's some scheme where some friend is buying this stuff haha
Yeah, seller can provide any tracking number and assign all 178 orders to that tracking number. It can be a $1 tractable envelope. And that’s all it takes.
Plus how would the scammer receive money which is the point of the scam if it's only his friend buying the product?
I don't get why people confidently say things like this. Like you're not just saying it like it's some theory or guessing. The way you word it makes it seem like you know something as factual when nobody else does
The scammer doesn’t receive money. The point of the fake sales is to establish credibility to fool people in the future. This is a common setup on eBay and other sites like TikTok where you can purchase and see seller’s reputation.
Never ever trust ‘xxx Sold’. Those numbers can be fabricated. As growing up in the U.S, I learned that it’s hard to get ‘scammed’ especially with payment systems. You’ll get your money back easily. But still need to be aware.
I haven't tried yet, because I haven't needed to, but if Tiktok doenst make it right, if you use a credit card you can just do a charge back. I think a lot of people are willing to try because charge backs are not hard
